One company, two countries
Nonbox V LLC is a technology consulting and development company based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Our Japanese company, 株式会社Nonbox V, is based in Niigata. Together they let us advise, build and hire on both sides of the same project.
Why “Nonbox”
Clients rarely arrive with a problem that fits neatly into a category. It is part business, part technical, often part cross-cultural — and the answer that works is usually not the standard one.
We named the company for how we prefer to work: no ready-made box, no product we have to sell you, and no pretending that a familiar solution fits when it does not. The V stands for the direction that follows — from a wide set of possibilities down to the one thing worth building.

What you can expect from us
Straight answers
If a project is a bad idea, too early, or cheaper to solve another way, we say so before you spend the budget. A short honest no protects the relationship better than a long expensive yes.
Working software over slideware
We prefer to show something running early. Prototypes surface the real requirements faster than another round of documents.
No lock-in
Your code, your data, your infrastructure accounts. We build so that another team could take over — which is exactly why most clients do not need to.
Two cultures, handled properly
Japanese business expectations and Mongolian delivery are both native to us. We translate intent, not only language.

FROMONTO is our own product in the market. The practices we recommend are the ones we live with.
